We hope you are delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return it to us within 30 days, unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are not returned in a saleable condition.

◊ Please follow the steps below to initiate a return.

Damaged Goods

◊ If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.

◊ If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Faulty Goods
◊ We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, then we will replace the product free of charge. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for recorded delivery postage on the item. If it is more convenient for you, we can arrange to have the faulty item collected free of charge within the UK mainland.
Cancel an Order
◊ You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from receipt. Just send us a notice of cancellation by email to and return the items to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where items are delivered to a third party you can also exercise this right, as long as you are able to return them to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Gift Returns
◊ If you wish to return an item you received as a gift purchased online, you may exchange it for store credit providing you have a gift receipt. You may use this towards a future online order with us at
Product Variations
◊ All our products are 100% natural and where possible we always opt for cold pressed botanicals. This means that occasionally our products can vary slightly in appearance due to seasonal variations in our raw ingredients. 
Intiate a Return

◊ Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 14 working days (beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you).

STEP 1: Please email providing your customer order number, the goods which are being returned and reasons why. Please also detail whether you would like an exchange or refund, a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return.

STEP 2: Once you have received confirmation from our Customer Services Team, you will receive a returns form via email.

STEP 3: We recommend that your return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department. 

STEP 4: Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect the return and confirm whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. This will be actioned immediately however can take up to 30 days to show in your account.

Please Note: We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
